Money flows in and out of the AVs quite regularly. Increasing the withdrawal fee would discourage people from taking money out early or at least would increase the revenue for the protocol helping to reduce the costs involved with AVs maintenance and increasing the revenue to improve them.

I believe actual withdrawal fee is 0.1% very low to stop someone or to gather enough funds.

Other options would be a gradual decrease of withdrawal fee like in the governance vault or a higher withdrawal fee.

No it’s better to lock them for 6+ months than give withdraw fee.

It’s 0.2%. After AV integration with V3, we can consider raising withdrawal fees.
