Not all alpaca keepers keep it in lock. But I would also like to receive benefits in the form of burning 50% of coins.

Thanks for all the feedback and input so far.

I am going to move this discussion to the AIP stage this upcoming week. But before I do that, want to see if the following voting choices for how to deal w/ the penalty would be sufficient. I believe this should provide enough granularity and don’t fragment to vote too much.

  • 100% to burn
  • 75% to burn 25% to stakers
  • 50% to burn 50% to stakers
  • 25% to burn 75% to stakers
  • 100% to stakers

Some kind of ranked voting would be great for such a proposal (IRV for example is an option in snapshot)
