Why Alpaca 2.0 : Money Market Failed

The reasons are very simple,

  1. Separate Lending and collateral with more interest to lenders and very little to nothing to collateral. Borrow from the Lending pool. Protect the Collateral it’s everything, with collateral the lenders can never have problems and are covered whether pumps happen. Lending= V1 style (almost same i.e users lend receive ib tokens and receive rewards, funds are utilized in LYF or MM
  2. Stables are never collateral in DEFI, They make zero sense as collateral instead of use, their price doesn’t go up or down , (no liquidation risk) stables are only lent and borrowed.
  3. Arrogance : You still maintain it to date. Understand basic tokenomics the correct way.

The project is still alive and makes revenue, Frank Sinatra “Nothing’s impossible I have found
For when my chin is on the ground
I pick myself up, dust myself off, start all over again
Don’t lose your confidence if you slip”

The 1st Point is a Solution, meaning to separate the Lenders , Borrowers and Collaterals.

Collaterals protect Lenders fully so no worry in market changes. (not the dumb usage of using collateral to lend)

Incase of a run off in lending , where lenders over withdraw borrowed assets, Alpaca token is supposed to cover it. so start accumulating alpaca to cover lending unavailable withdrawals, the assets still belong to Alpaca eventually. It’s just a way to keep balance

Lastly Alpaca token in itself as collateral (we trust ourselves, we know our value) , lent and borrowed asset .to get high apy in governance as lenders keep lending (v1 =5M + tokens zero % pay), lent and borrowed. (Self utility) generating revenue, (The herd deposits collaterals)

Always burn the most alpaca with every chance..the less the better…The cheaper the easier to burn more. Xalpaca holders expect to hold the most circulating alpaca

Sorry y’all for being muted and blocked , there’s nothing wrong with your statements whether they’re correct or not. The arrogance is on another level.
